Aerie #3171 is designated as Eagle Village Aerie. Although Eagle Village and Aerie #3171 are not officially connected, the Aerie website is maintained by Hewie Poplock, an Eagle Village resident. Currently, for the year 2018-2019, both the Worthy Aerie President, Jim Broadbent and the Madam Worthy Auxilary President Bev Brooks are also residents of Eagle Village.
Hewie Poplock recently created a video to promote Eagle Village to Eagle members and to remind Aerie & Auxiliary members that Eagle Village is a 501(c)3 non-profit and one of the official Eagle charities.
The video is scheduled to be presented to Eagle members at the 2018 International Convention in July 2018.
